The Business Class for Lightworkers 1 covered sections 1-5. In this class we move rapidly to sections 6-12 as shown below.

6. Business Planning
This is where we talk about the power of your calendar on Objectives, Marketing, PR, Strategies, Pricing policies, budgets and so much more

7. Bank and Credit Card Accounts
We will cover bank accounts, processing systems, touch on eCommerce, and tracking your money performance, etc.

8. Secure Funding
In this section we talk about partnerships as an option with pros and cons, different strategies to raise capital and what to watch out for.

9. License or Permits (if nec)
We look into the possibility to use your home as a base and the pros and cons, how it will affect your clients and your home flow, Feng Shui considerations will be discussed. We will also cover commercial spaces, mobile services, group spaces, fairs, trade shows and the aspects of licenses, permits to be aware of and much more.

10. Business Insurance (awareness)
In this section we cover topics like insurance requirements, for space and products, vehicle usage and awareness of what liabilities there may be.

11. Build Brand Presence
Now we get to the nuts and bolts of your business including branding, networking, social media strategy, content writing, postings, reacting to customer compliants, Logos, taglines and other marketing aids.

12. Outsourcing and Tools
We will cover CRMs, customer analysis, booking systems, tech support considerations, business assistance and other back up systems.
