SUMMARY:Self-Tuning Class 1
DESCRIPTION:This class is another extension of showing us how to use tuning forks as a mainstream option to enhance our health and bring in a sense of peace to the mind\, body and spirit that our energies need. Now we can control and balance our energies ourselves bringing a more stable mental\, physical\, emotional and energetic flow. With the past isolations\, limited personal visits and lockdowns we had experienced in the Covid era\, we had no choice but to adapt our methods to a self-healing path. \nThis Personal Self-Tuning training is not only effective and relevant to address the natural flow of the body it is also an excellent self-empowerment tool. When we realize we have control of our vibrational health new doors open up to maintenance and prevention as opposed to intervention and radical choices of treatments to attempt to regain our health. As a population many of us have lost this proactive approach to our health. However we would desire a more calm\, well planned health-oriented lifestyle using ancestral methods and one of them were frequencies to keep our vibrational health at an optimum. This class is a beginning to regain the knowledge and ritual to taking care of yourself because in the end our health is our responsibility.  \nUsing the tuning forks and tools provided in this kit you are relying on the power of ancient frequencies to self-govern your overall health that resonates with the body. This can in turn affect the mind\, body and your emotional state to give you a higher quality of life. When you place any one of these forks close to your ears you are receiving hidden messages from a higher realm. By listening and feeling these sounds daily you can experience less stress\, better circulation\, better focus\, greater confidence\, happier disposition\, greater love and respect for you and the people around you. DESCRIPTION:Sound Bathing Unites Your Light\nThis event is an experience you will not forget. It is an in-person and virtual on-line gathering at the same time at Tony’s Studio in Kanata\, Ontario which has a plethora of sounds and frequencies from tuning forks\, Crystal Singing Bowls\, Tibetan Singing Bowls\, Crystal Hand Bowls and a variety of sounds from specially selected gongs. \nWe start off with an angelic meditation which contains the frequencies from Solfeggio tuning forks among other sounds to bring all the energies together to set the stage for this 2 hour event of internal engineering. If you have been or are going through a stressful period in your life  or if you want to unplug from your pressured life this is the event for you. We use the elements of Feng Shui\, crystals\, sound frequencies to help ground you\, breathwork\, color breathing and a powerful stretch of solitude to create a space within you to connect to who you are \nIt is no secret that the universe and our creator is within you so the more you are connected with yourself the more you will connect to spirit and your creator as well. You were created in the creator’s vision in every respect.
