Although it is a group situation the sessions are private usually in another room so we can go deeper in the readings. \nWe start off with a meditation which brings all the energies together and sets the stage for the next several hours. A private room is selected and one by one individuals from the group come in to find insight on what insight they need. \nThe private sessions are about 45 minutes long each but sometimes goes longer than that if something comes out of a person’s energies that needs to be addressed\, cleared or made peace with. No matter how much therapy you have had we can often do more in 45 minutes than years of trying to figure things out on your own. \nIn a group environment there is a sense of unity and compassion of what each person is going through in the group.
