DESCRIPTION:This class is another extension of showing us how to use tuning forks as a mainstream option to enhance our health and bring in a sense of peace to the mind\, body and spirit that our energies need. Now we can control and balance our energies ourselves bringing a more stable mental\, physical\, emotional and energetic flow. With the past isolations\, limited personal visits and lockdowns we had experienced in the Covid era\, we had no choice but to adapt our methods to a self-healing path. \nThis Personal Self-Tuning training is not only effective and relevant to address the natural flow of the body it is also an excellent self-empowerment tool. When we realize we have control of our vibrational health new doors open up to maintenance and prevention as opposed to intervention and radical choices of treatments to attempt to regain our health. As a population many of us have lost this proactive approach to our health. However we would desire a more calm\, well planned health-oriented lifestyle using ancestral methods and one of them were frequencies to keep our vibrational health at an optimum. This class is a beginning to regain the knowledge and ritual to taking care of yourself because in the end our health is our responsibility.  \nUsing the tuning forks and tools provided in this kit you are relying on the power of ancient frequencies to self-govern your overall health that resonates with the body. This can in turn affect the mind\, body and your emotional state to give you a higher quality of life. When you place any one of these forks close to your ears you are receiving hidden messages from a higher realm.
